I don't look to condone these actions nor do I look to romanticize them.I am a trans and queer person who has been through levels of trauma that's caused me C-PTSD, paranoia, and experience levels of dissociation so great that its considered disorder and caused me to have altered senses of self, and growing up on the internet I've seen things, as a minor as young as 12 and to my adulthood forward, that have nulled and desensitized me. I find comfort in understanding things, even the these and related topics and themes and how they function and occur, I do not get any amusement or arousal out of itThings I will never touch on in detail in my artwork are necrophilia or zoophilia; at most they'll be offhandedly be mentioned in dialogue, but keep in mind I do not condone it. I do not condone pedophilia either. Dead things, animals, and people below the age of 18 with an adult can not consent in any manner be it romantic or sexual. In other words, consent is something I heavily condoneIf any of this does bug you or anything in the future I do does so and carries on so bad, you are free to block me any and everywhere. I won't take offense you not wanting to expose yourself to or even the chance to things that you aren't okay with it or are triggering to you.Thank you for hearing me

Just need to establish a few things::
If you have not yet, I urge you to read BYI; Before You Interact
I do upfront payments; you pay me before I get started on a project
If needed we can do payment plans, also if more comfortable you can pay half of the commission now and the other half when I finish. Depending on where I am on a project, and you choose you don't want it anymore, you can choose to be refunded. If so, where I am in the project counts to what you get in return. Ex: You ask for a full body render [$55 USD], you stop me after I just started coloring, you get the cost of the full body render deducting the cost of a full-body lineart [$25 USD] in return, so you'd get $30 USD back. Does not matter if I'm at the start or in the middle of a checkpoint -- but after that is where I consider it at the next checkpoint, or its the final stage; I'm almost done, I wont offer refunding. My time is very precious to me and I want that level of respect when it comes to it
These are the "checkpoints" to my work when it comes to commissions with this policy: Clean Sketch > Lineart > Colored > Rendered
When it comes to payment plans, even if you say you don't have plans to cancel, we must come to an agreement anyway if you do. It's your money and my time and affording to live on the line. If you fail to give me any payments at any point and not have an excuse that I deem good enough or you flat out ghost me, I will not persue legal actions against you, but I will put a public warning on Bluesky and Twitter/X and any art related server I'm in on Discord to not take commissions from you, documenting what you asked of me to be public. I don't tolerate such scummy and disrespectful behavior towards me nor do I want any other artist that you choose to take on to be subjected to the same thing
When it comes projects; like you plan to do something that will require multiple pieces from me and talking to me of it all at once, that is for us to discuss a game plan and terms to it.
If you plan to post my art on any of your accounts, please credit me by tagging me, one of my social tags [Bluesky or Twitter/X], or the link to my carrd: https://alkrosviir.carrd.co . Use of it as an icon it's optional but encouraged to give credit. I'm just asking for this level of respect and exposure. If you plan on using my art commercially [ie: using using my work for financial gain, profit, or business purposes, such as marketing, selling, streaming, or producing goods], I will charge a commercial fee which an additional 25%. If I find you've lied to me, I will not seek action against you, but I will expose you with proof.
I have a right to decline a commission, such as I'm uncomfortable with what you're asking of me, it promotes a hateful agenda, is offensive, or problematic outside of fictional story telling purposes, or you're behavior makes me feel uncomfortable and unsafe or is just inappropriate/down-right respectful to me. Even if it's not listed, I still have a right to say no. If you are a already known problematic individual and I'm aware of it, I will immediately decline any offer you give me.
